Looking for a cheap limo or airport car service in Boston, MA? Beware!

In the recent months I heard plenty of negative feedback about some of the local and small limousine and town car service companies in Boston, MA from our clients. When I asked several of them: "How did you find them and based on what criteria?" Almost all of them responded the following: ":Low price quotes!?"

I personally always skeptical when traveling myself with my family about companies who provide services, especially car service companies. In order to be a legit company and provide a good service below is just a short list of items a company has to carry:

1) Liability insurance for 1 million dollars
2) Vehicles not older than 3 years.
3) Well trained and proffesional drivers (in order to get people like that now days, you have to pay them well and retain the talent).
4) Dedicated customer service reps.


If you sum all of the above, you can see that in order to be a legit and customer facing company you can not provide a cheap service and if you do, there is something lacking; either older vehicle not well maintained, un-professional drivers or lack of the proper insurance, so please thing twice when it comes to hiring a car or limo service, after all it is your safety we are talking about here.

SUV or Luxury Sedan

Last several month we had people calling in to place a reservation for 2 passengers and requesting an SUV and pay much higher price. We would like to remind our customers that SUV prices are higher than luxury sedans (cars like Lincoln Town car, Cadillac Deville).
If you do not have many piecies of luggage and travel only in party of 2, we strongly suggest to go with executive sedan rather than an SUV. You will save at least 20%. Companies will charge more for SUVs, because of the highter insurance rate and obviously gas consumption. Have a safe trip!
